Well, take a bunch of tribes that don't have much to do with
eachother...except various animosities... and turn them into a state.
Then set up the situation so that you have a front man running it and
give power to a minority so that they are beholden to their masters for
their power and unable to govern except with that support. Then blow
everything up and stir the pot...and golly gee you get a lot of
sectarian violence.
This is colonialism 101.
So, no, I get the point about Saddam dying a manly death, but the boy nerd should just jerk off privately.
