And the others are idiots for signing a contract that allowed him to go back on the deal. Apparently a lot of rich people either don't use real estate lawyers when buying expensive property, or don't use good ones, or don't listen to good ones.

And they don't read. What kind of fool is going to sign a contract saying: I will sell you this flat for $10 and I reserve the right to jack up the price at any time in the future or cancel the contract? (There must be some language like that in the contract or the Donald would be liable for breach and not able to do this.)

Would you sign a contract like that? Do you have to be Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr to figure what that language means or George Soros to realize why it's in the contract?

So, Trump is a shit. We knew that. Also, why can't a man that rich get a better hairpiece?

But if he (or his lawyewrs) wrote that contract and some idiot perfectly capable of protecting him/herself signed it, I'm sorry, it's their fault. He's just enforcing a contract they signed, not going back on the deal. That _was_ the deal. It's in the contract. That's biz, not perfidy.
