The demand for "constructive policy proposals" presupposes that there are policy makers interested in such proposals -- i.e. Wojtek's demand is an archetypal instance of crackpot realism. The only proposals policy makers are interested in are proposals for strengthening u.s.imperialism, increasing corporate profits, and reducing social services.
