Actually, when you think of it, the "mismatch" between female and male 
sexual response would seem soluble if females mated with multiple 
partners,each of whom came in 3-5 minutes. If the data is correct, after 
20 minutes, the female would be satisfied and tired, therefore the sperm 
would have a better chance of swimming upstream, and the best sperm 
would win!

Alternately, men could just get it about foreplay/afterplay, thus 
assuring that the female was satisfied despite the 3-minute stint, after 
which she would be satisfied and tired.....and the sperm of an 
intelligent, considerate male would win.

Either works for me.
