Of course, you can use this as the definition of good art, but plenty of people
will not accept it as there is widespread disagreement with the aesthetic
standards of the self appointed art community.  There aren't, and can't be,
observer independent standards of what makes something "good".  If I find some
bit of art good, it is good... for me.
