Incidentally, Microsoft is also trying to boost PC-based gaming, which has declined to less than 8% of the game market (console gaming is king and getting even kinglier -- Microsoft does have its own console, but hasn't been able to do more than distract Sony and Nintendo from their tag team romp). It's not working. Their monopoly biz model may have finally hit the wall.
