Taking Over, are involved in raping young girls. And in Philadelphia, a 
lesbian gang called DTO, Dykes Taking Over, are allegedly terrorizing 
people, as well.

homosexuality?
WHEELER: Yes, as a matter of fact, some of these kids have reported
