i thought it was pretty funny, the way they played the release of this 
report. they timed it early, sending out an exec summary around which most 
of the news was reported. you had to wait a week for the actually report in 
full.when it came out -- de nada on the news. it was all so transparently 
obvious, the PR tactic.
