More accurate to say: Two different kettles, both fishy. I guess the best way to compare these two brands of liberalism to say that political liberalism is a set of pleasant fantasies that serves as the cover story for economic liberalism, red in tooth and claw. Basically, political liberalism has been a way of mesmerizing the masses into believing they're better off with the divine rule of capitalists than the divine rule of kings.
