So now I have to pay taxes for roads that only rich people can drive on? This is just a way to clear the roads of "riff-raff" so the wealthy can move about with greater ease. A great many things need to be done about automobile over-reliance but this scheme isn't one of them. How about a private vehicle free zone rather than an expensive rich people's vehicles only zone? "Solutions" to environmental problems that hurt the poor and working class disproportionately are inherently unfair.
