The question that occurs to me immediately is what is charging the electromagnetic fields? In otherwords what's the electricity bill for running this device?
The 95% efficiency is no doubt a measure of the device output, but has nothing to say about inputs. For example, beyond the electricity used for the fields, what is running the electron and proton guns?
But hey, forget that. How about a recycling system. Kick start it to get it up to initalized the various reactions, and then once a certain output level is reached, part of the output is recycled back to sustain the fields and the guns.
But does this imply the impossible Carnot engine(?).
