You don't seem to understand what a celebrity units is. It is by definition a more comfortable accommodation with greater privileges. Separate but equal doesn't work, remember? Perhaps if persons like Paris were assaulted while it prison with the general population the cause of prison reform would be taken seriously? As long as there is a way for the important classes to avoid this aspect of prison life reform will remain illusive. They will serve their rare prisons stints in special units befitting their special status. When the important classes face the prospect of life with the general prison population, on however an infrequent basis, then the topic of prison living conditions will be given its due.
