[lbo-talk] Finkelstein denied tenure

This sucks, though I have a feeling he will do OK someplace after a little
time passes.  I found the press coverage antagonistic towards Dershowitz and
neutral-to-sympathetic towards him, and he's got some support in academia,
too.
