Accomplice liability, Jordan, just like like the boss
who orders a contract hit is guilty of murder. The
acts he orders are imputed to him in the way that any
agent's acts are imputed to the principal. So while
Pinochet and Kissinger are guilty of lots of crimes,
they are also torturers.
