We have been through this once before. Basically, not only does Apple  
Mail annoyingly break without a word break boundary, but it  
gratuitously adds a space after the break, before the newline (for a  
truly weird sort of format=flowed). Depending on your reader, you may  
get anything from just:

http://www.nypost.com/seven/

or:

http://www.nypost.com/seven/%2006272007/frontback.htm

or nothing.

The only reliable workaround is using something like TinyURL.
