[lbo-talk] question on health care: reform vs. replacement

Does anyone know of an on-line resource (essay) that clearly and simply 
explains the differences between the various plans to reform the 
for-profit health care system, and completely replacing it with a 
nonprofit system?   It seems to me that such information is needed now 
more than ever.  (I saw "Sicko" last night-- quite well done.)
