Or rather it's the other way around: debating those who do not have
the same faith as ours gives us an occasion to repeat our catechism
out loud, confirms us in our faith, and improves science which is a
handmaiden to the faith.  It's a tragedy that the leaders of state
socialism never understood this point, so they sought to exorcise
other beliefs out of the system, which did not work.
