Your friend must have been a poor cultivator of weed, since you apparently 
toked up on very low-grade stuff.  Marijuana of good quality definitely 
enhances the ability to concentrate.  In addition, anyone who requires any 
drug at all "to make sex fun" is in desperate straits indeed.
