Why don't they put that into practice for once and come up with a
different Middle East policy than Washington's? It doesn't have to be
a policy of solidarity -- it just needs to be a good business policy
-- there are a great deal of oil reserves waiting for Japanese
investment -- independent of Washington's geopolitical design.
