[WS:] Who is "in the right" seems of secondary if not tertiary significance in this affair. What matter is that this plays into Bush's hand at the time when he finally facses some (timid) opposition to his warmongering. I am pretty sure that if this row continues, Bush will be seen as "being in the right" to continue his policy and bash any opposition. It is the Iran hostage crisis of 1979 repeating itself. if i were a conspiracy theorist I would speculate that Bushies madea deal with the Iranians on this, just as they did in 1979.
