better yet, the Thompson guy from "Law and Order" is leading all the
republicans--even the distant second of Newt Gingrich who has only one
third the votes of Thompson.  I think it would be a pretty good show
if he was up against Edwards (or Obama or Hillary) for that matter.
Nothing of substance would be debated but it would make for good TV.
And either way, I think it ludicrous that he would assume he could
win.  I guess he has some political experience in his background, but
I would hope that wouldn't be enough to make him qualify.
