Paris got busted for driving drunk and recklessly, got put on probation and sent to a booze maangement class. She failed to enroll in the booze management class, and got busted again for driving drunk and recklessly. 45 days is a pretty light sentence considering that she put a lot of people at risk. She's no Martha Stewart, that's for sure.
