So does a walk around one's desolate, vacated strip
mall environ, their urban slum, parking lot hell,
and/or past homeless urine-drenched men on the
sidewalk, etc., count as a "Green Walk" to help w/
depression? Or will they ensure depressed folks are
airlifted out into the countryside from such environs
to do the walking, then fly/bus them back home?
Sounds nice if you live in a rural area.

The study, titled Ecotherapy: the green agenda for
mental health, is the first looking at how 'green'
exercise specifically affects those
suffering from depression."
