Luzhkov's paying off his construction buddies!
The mentioned Moskva was an interesting building. Fortunately I took a photo of it before it was torn down. The two wings of the hotel were of completely different architectural styles. The architect commissioned to design the building had shown two designs to Stalin, who was in a hurry and scrawled his signature across both. Therefore, in order to not risk the wrath of the Vozhd, both designs were fulfilled.
