Having Wolfie back on the job market is a tremendous opportunity. What do we want destroyed next? Carl Remick

I have a couple of suggestions. How about the lead appointee for Health and Human Services---as the undersecretary who administers Social Security? Or if that job is taken by some other rightwing neoliberal neocon stooge, then how about as the back up for when Gonzales is finally canned? Or if Gonzales can weather the storm of contempt which he seems perfectly capable of withstanding, since he has no shame, well, how about chief administrator for Medicare?

Well, suppose all those jobs are well on their way to total fucked upedness, mismanagement, corruption, and so forth. The next choice would be of course to as ad hoc adviser and freelance administrator of the EPA---so we can screw that up beyond all recognition. Maybe the FDA?

WOLFE is an acronym for FOOBAR. For the younger set, FOOBAR was the WWII US Army troop acronym for `fucked up beyond all recognition', where the U in `up' was replaced with its sound-alike OO.

I hope you see the pattern. Put the worst jerk in the charge of the most critically important (for the people) of government agencies and then ruin them. I guess there is always the IRS or INS as a boobie prize.

Got home from the smog station and found an US Treasury check in the mailbox---tax rebate. I'll spend it on what? (Sadly, almost everything I really want is free.) Like the love of my grand kids, a sweet smile from my daughter-in-law, a rye and knowing look from my son, some good conversation with friends---a fucking working operating system!!@#**^.

Maybe some automatic weapons for the revolution? But this begs the question of just exactly what is the best weapon for under 1500 dollars? My personal favorite is a bi-pod 50 caliber Browning (currently called the M2). I am sure the US military has much better stuff. But this baby can double as an light weight anti-aircraft weapon for helicopters when mounted on a Toyota pick-up with a welded in place column swivel bracket. See the `Technicals' of the old Beruit and Mogadishu---wiki that.

In the olden golden days when I was running around in an army surplus jacket, with pockets full of a water bottle, squirt bottle of vingar, wet wash cloths in plastic baggies, iodine (10%) with 4x4's and 2" adhesive tape, all to face the cops---what I really wanted was a Browning.
