The eminent specialist Dr. Remick simply provided consultation on what 
therapy would actually *work*.  The issue of patient compliance is no 
business of mine.  If you know of a cure for alcoholism that doesn't involve 
getting the patient to stop bingeing, I'd like to hear it.
