this is not the first time imperialists withdraw  before finishing their
avowed task in the occupied territory. It is they who fixed the date of
withdrawal in India at the time of transfer of power. That lead to human
disaster unprecedented in History. They even now swear they are not
responsible.

They never rally intended to finish the task they set for themselves.
once they withdraw, the balance of the task they had set would be achieved
by the  inevitable civil war encouraged by the, The task is the complete
destruction of Iraq so that it will take another fifty years for it to
recover.
