I think there has too much idle outrage and hand-wringing on this
topic.  The best way to approach this problem is via dispassionate
science, i.e., by conducting a simple experiment:

Mukasey, Schumer and Feinstein should each be subjected to a long
session of waterboarding -- *then* they can decide whether it is
torture or not.
