SHANGHAI, Oct 25 (Reuters) - Bankrupt U.S. auto parts maker Delphi Corp. (DPHIQ.PK: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Thursday it plans to open a new plant in eastern China's Suzhou city in July 2008.
