There was an indie/punk label from Dallas called Direct Hit Records. Their logo was a picture of Kennedy with a target on his head. Get it? Direct Hit? http://www.direct-hit.com/

As far as a band called Texas Schoolbook Depository (which is now a museum) -- not that I know of. But of course in Dallas the Kennedy assassination is always fodder for bands to provoke audiences. TX punk band The Huns had a song in 1979, "Glad He's Dead," about Kennedy's assassination. Could never tell if it was sarcastic or just shock rock. ("He took his orders from the Pope!/ I'm glad he's dead / That fucking red!") That gem is here, free, mp3:
