It's weird. He spends all this time talking about how questionable stories of grisly persecution of Christians are, and then wham! he comes out with this thing about Jews based on one unexamined source.
I have no problem with believing in massacres committed bt ancient Hebrews (the Bible has plenty of them), but my ability to believe is stretched by whole "licking up the blood" thing.
