[WS:] So basically it comes to the word of one commentator with educational experience form Massachusetts - not exactly a representative part of the nation - versus the word of several teachers from Baltimore/DC area. Make your choice. I opt for the Baltimore/DC teachers, they do not seem to have an ideological fish to fry.
That is all I have to say on the subject, which does not directly concern me anyway. I am going on a business trip, so I will not be able to respond within the next couple of days.
