Thanks for your interest in my bold initiative. I don't know how to set up a Wiki, so I can't do that. Would a Google document work? Just to start with. The disadvantage of Google Docs is that collaborators need to be invited one by one. But given the popularity of my idea on the lists, I'm sure we can do fine with Google Docs for the time being.
