Doug did you forget massive devalorization of overaccumulated capital 
(paid for by the weakest, e.g. subprime mortgage or Third World debt 
victims for instance), and volatility? If you agree these are 
unfortunate, why leave them out of your curse on capital? Why now, of 
all moments?
