For those paying attention at home, the order of trends is: Buying a second or third house in the city, drunken renovation parties, luxury submarines, and, of course, the megayacht with chopper. Now if you can just stick that telescope in an observatory in your recently remodeled second mini-ocean liner, you are so on top of the game.
