Yes and no. Marx was right, after all - capitalism would go on to spread from a few core regions in the US/UK/Western Europe to cover the entire globe. Today, remarkably similar processes of televisualization, cellphonification, urbanization and proletarianization are happening in every country on the planet. So the potential is there for class mobilization on a truly worldwide scale and scope.
