Some black Americans are desperately poor. However, most black American aren't desperately poor.

So...racialized poverty is nothing to worry about?

^^^^^ CB: All poverty is something to worry about. Proportionally, there are more Black poor to worry about than white poor to worry about.

Most sexual repression doesn't cause the repressed to feel close to death ( See the beginning of the exchange). Most racist repression doesn't cause the repressed to feel close to death. Most poor Black people don't feel close to death. (I'm not even sure if their suicide rate is higher than that of rich white people.)

I didn't feel close to death in my experiences of sexual repression. I doubt most lesbians and gays feel close to death even under U.S. repression of same-sexers.

>From what I can tell , Brian has sex more than I do. Thus, I look with
a jaundiced eye at his claim that the sexual repression he has experienced makes him feel close to death, since I don't feel close to death in my times of no sex, and he seems to have plenty of sex. His sex life doesn't seem impoverished. Given all the sex he seems to have, the sex he is denied doesn't seem to warrant his feeling close to death.

Factcheck: In general, do "joyous" sexuals ( new term for heteros; smile) have more or less sex than lesbians and gays ?

Oppose sexual repression, but not on the emergency level as if it were causing all or most of the sexually repressed to feel close to death or commit suicide.
