Seriously, why does ecstasy = sex? Given that we experience ecstasy from all sorts of causes, why do we see a woman in ecstasy and instantly think "sex!"? Isn't this as reductionist as what for example Plato does in the opposition direction, reducing sexual desire to a mere offshoot of the desire for Beauty?
