I for one didn't. Life is short and, as I mentioned a few minutes ago in a different thread, I bore easily.
Having now been scolded for not doing my homework, however, I went back and skimmed through more of the thing, and found little reason to revise my original shoot-from-the-hip assessment. What I found tiresome about it was that plague-on-both-your-houses stance, which as far as I could see characterized the whole thing.
Full disclosure: I *still* haven't read every word, recreant schoolboy that I am, and almost certainly won't, unless I can somehow get paid for it.
