The best thing about working for a bank (which I've done a few times) 
is that when you give two weeks notice, they walk you to the door (and 
pay you the two weeks), because once they know you're leaving, you 
aren't trustworthy anymore.  So: prepare to leave, and when you go, you 
get two weeks of pay :)
