Recruit to WHAT? There is nothing to recruit to presently except a _very_ loosely organized anti-war effort with the haziest (& unspecified) principles of unity -- and the question only makes sense in respect to those who are already against the war, so the only relevant further step _at this time_ would be to urge them to become more active in pushing what they already believe.
