[lbo-talk] Pacifica news: Nicole Sawaya new ED

I've met her a couple of time in large groups but don't know her personally. She is well and widely respected at KPFA. She has spent the last half-decade at NPR affliliate KALW 91.7FM where she has done a terrific job. As far as I know she is a consumate radio professional and no-nonsense type so I think if given half chance she could help sterr the network out of its current morass. I am cautiously optimistic (cautious not about Nicole, but about the possibility of the Pacifica intriguers, including myself) - to let her do her job....
