Although to be more accurate, when it is a matter of a court case between a little guy and a big guy, the big guys is almost always going to when. Things are different when its a big guy vs. a big guy or a little guy vs. a little guy, as a friend who just went through Russian divorce court could assure you. The rule of law really fucked him.
