It's a little late. Emigration from Israel to the former Soviet Union is higher than the reverse. (At least in the case of Russia; don't know about Ukraine etc.) Russia = booming economy. Israel = not-so-exactly-so-booming economy, plus constant terrorism fears. I'm scratching my head wondering why anybody would want to move to Israel, other than religious/ideological attachment.
