As Roberts is still idolizing Pinochet for restoring national order and
power to Chile, then what do
people think his vision for the US is? I just can't get the Left getting
behind him. One can read
Rick Wolff or Doug Henwood (radical) or Robert Kuttner (left liberal) for
economic critique, accessibly written and backed with necessary data. Why
does Cockburn put up with Roberts, champion of Pinochet's thuggery? It's a
mystery to me.
