Odd than traditional Protestants aren't included. Or are Methodists, Presbyterians, Lutherans, and Mennonites simply lumped in with Evangelical Christians (which I take to mean the Rapture believin', mega-church attendin', _Left Behind_ readin' "juss chrissens")?
