I think the Crocodile Hunter had a run-in with a wild boytaur once. It almost bit him, which is highly dangerous as boytaurs are equipped with a powerful neurotoxin they use to bring down their prey.
A boytaur is fully capable of bringing down other animals several times their own size. They're like wolverines.
