Actually we have not seen this from Gar's post unless "faulty statistical techniques" is code for "political differences of opinion". While there is no last word in science there is sound scientific consensus and deliberate error and lack of ability to understand with Lomborg being guilty of the later two. We are never either of us going to convince the other so I'll drop this here. The science speaks for itself and anyone who wishes to take it for something other than it is is free to do so. Smoking doesn't cause cancer. Aids is for IV drug users and queers. DDT is harmless to birds. The earth is the center of the solar system. Blah, blah, blah......
