The funny thing is, there is an entire showtime tv series about this new burgenoning industry of growing pot indoors in gated communities.  You have to wonder if some clueless DEA guy one day was flipping channels and said, 'holy shit, wait till I tell the guys in the office about this!'.  next thing you know some cop will see the wire, and start refusing to wage the war on drugs because its a war on the deindustrialized black underclass of the cities.
