At the top tier, they're much more subtle than this, but the basic ideology is the same -- reverence for plunder, and fealty to Empire, all bound by a dismal identity-politics of Imperial whiteness.

That said, there's plenty of resistance inside of even the most retrograde of corporations. Most employees don't have the freedom to talk openly in work-spaces (no union representation, etc.). Get them at home or online, though, they're much more critical. Reciting the pro-biz dogma is just part of the daily struggle to survive.
